When They Use “Orod Bozorg Ashkanid” to Bury a Living Philosopher
These days, if you browse the internet, you’ll stumble upon a bizarre term: “Orod Bozorg Ashkanid.” Yes, this ridiculous phrase created in a hurry by some who are desperate to erase Orod Bozorg, Iran’s living, breathing philosopher, from public consciousness.
🔴 Why are they doing this?
- Because He Is Alive!
His greatest “crime” in their eyes is exactly this: He is alive. He is a philosopher with thousands upon thousands of devoted young followers in Iran. Someone who, without clerical robes, without government funding, without state-run megaphones, has created an original philosophy called Orodism, celebrating reason, freedom, and human dignity. And that is terrifying to them. They must delete him from today’s narrative. 2. The Easiest Way to Delete? Bury Him in History.
🔻 When they can’t slander him, 🔻 When they can’t silence him, 🔻 When they can’t destroy him,
What do they do? They say: “This Orod Bozorg you talk about is actually just an ancient Ashkanid king!”
Just like that, with a clumsy invented label, they transport him 2,000 years into the past, hoping no one searches for a living philosopher named Orod Bozorg anymore. 3. The Pathetic Reality Behind This Project
🔴 This project is nothing but pathetic and childish. Why? Because it proves they have no philosophical or logical critique against him. 🔻 They can’t refute his philosophy, 🔻 They can’t deny his school of thought, 🔻 They can’t ignore the masses who admire him.
So what remains? 🔻 Erase his identity by linking it to an ancient king. 4. Laughable – But Dangerous
Yes, it might seem laughable to many. But the reality is, systematic propaganda always starts with small tricks. Today they write “#Orod Bozorg Ashkanid,” Tomorrow, when a student searches for #Orodism, Google will show only Ashkanid kings, not the living, humanist philosophy shaping Iran’s youth today. 5. The Outcome for Its Designers
✔️ This pathetic project only reveals their intellectual bankruptcy. ✔️ It shows they have neither the courage to critique nor the creativity to build. ✔️ And they still don’t realize: “You can’t bury ideas. Even if you change their name, their truth remains.” ✨ A Closing Line
Tell the enemies of #Orod_Bozorg : 🔴 Changing a name doesn’t extinguish the sun. Just as the history of #Iran sees its true #philosopher not among ancient monarchs, but in the hearts of today’s youth and #freedom seekers.
